I am passionate about the physical and psychological aspects of a human being. They are closely related and it is important to look after ourselves as a whole. I am able to help you to achieve your fitness or mental well-being goals – Working together we can make positive changes in your daily life.
I am a Personal Trainer and Person-Centred Counsellor, passionate about helping people achieve their best shape – both mentally and physically. I work locally at Anytime Fitness in Gerrards Cross or visit clients in their own homes locally.
My fitness journey began in 2012, when I discovered the Hour of Power fitness class. From my very first session, I was hooked – the energy, the challenge, and sense of achievement inspired me to keep coming back. Within a year, I wanted to ensure that energy never faded, so in 2013 I qualified as an instructor. Over the years, I expanded my skills, qualifying as a Gym Instructor, Personal Trainer, Indoor Cycling Instructor, Kettlecise Instructor, Boxing Instructor, and Nutrition Adviser.
Through both my own fitness experience and working with clients, I came to recognise the close connection between physical health and mental well-being. This led me to train as a Person-Centred Counsellor in 2018, deepening my understanding of human behaviour and the unique journeys we each take.
Originally from the beautiful country of Hungary, I moved to England in my twenties in 2003 to learn the English language and culture – something that continues to bring me joy. Today, I combine my skills in fitness and counselling to offer a holistic approach, supporting clients to build strength, resilience, and confidence inside and out.
