I am passionate about the physical and psychological aspects of a human being. They are closely related and it is important to look after ourselves as a whole. I am able to help you to achieve your fitness or mental well-being goals – Working together we can make positive changes in your daily life.
I am originally from the beautiful country of Hungary. I moved to England in my twenties in 2003 with the aim to learn the English language and culture which Is a continuing joy to me.
I started my own regular gym training in 2012 where I came across the Hour of Power (HoP) Fitness Class. The very first time I attended HoP I straight away became passionate about the class. I loved the workout so much that after nearly a year of being a regular attendee I began to think about how I could keep that energy going should the instructor stop giving the class. I decided to become an instructor myself in 2013. That passion is still with me after all these years. A few years later I qualified as a Gym Instructor and later as a Personal Trainer. Over the years I extended my fitness instructor portfolio by qualifying as an Indoor Cycling Class Instructor, Kettlecise Instructor and Boxing class Instructor. On top of that I am also a nutrition adviser.
As a Personal Trainer I work one on one at a local gym called Inspire Fitness Centre in Gerrards Cross. I also visit my clients in their own homes locally. Additionally, I give weekly Hour of Power Fitness Classes as a group exercise class.
Working as a Personal Trainer as well as experiencing my own fitness journey I quickly recognised from personal experience the importance of the very close link between physical and mental health.
I started my studying as a Person Centered Counsellor in 2018. It gave me more insight about a deeper understanding of a human individual – we are all unique and we are all on our own unique life journey. I am passionate about utilising my skills to help my clients to achieve their best shape of both mind and body.
