Coming from a background in both fitness and person-centred counselling, the work naturally evolved beyond the training session. It became about understanding how people think, how they respond under pressure, and what truly allows them to follow through — not just for a day, but long term.
The VITAL Reset Retreat is an extension of that work. A space where the physical and the mental are no longer treated separately — brought together in a way that feels structured, supportive, and genuinely sustainable.

With over 12 years working at the intersection of fitness and mental wellbeing, Nora has helped hundreds of people move past the point of knowing what to do — to actually doing it, and making it last.
Her approach blends structured personal training with person-centred counselling, treating the two as one and the same. It’s this combination that shapes every part of The VITAL Reset Retreat.

Q: Do I need to be fit or experienced to attend?
QQA: Not at all. The day is designed to meet you where you are — sessions are structured around building sustainable habits, not athletic performance. If you can walk comfortably and are willing to try, you’re ready.
Q: What if I can't make it on the day?
A: Let us know as early as possible. Depending on notice given, you may be able to transfer your spot to someone else or receive a partial credit — reach out and we’ll sort it together.
Q: What should I wear and bring?
A: Comfortable, breathable clothing you can move in, plus a water bottle. Everything else — materials, refreshments, and the Greek buffet lunch — is included.
Q: Is this a fitness retreat or a mindset retreat?
A: Both, intentionally. The day blends guided movement, mindset sessions, and nourishment — because lasting change happens when body and mind are addressed together, not separately.
Q: Will I be able to keep up with everyone else?
A: Yes — the retreat is small-group and personally guided, so pacing adapts to you rather than pushing you to match anyone else.
